Kylie Pairs Her All-White-Everything Outfit With Blue Hair

Kylie Jenner has blue hair...again. Maybe she's making this an annual thing? The soon-to-be beauty blogger posted a picture last night of her new, cotton-candy-blue-hued 'do. The shade, courtesy of talented hair artist Tokyo Stylez, is a departure from the vibrant, blue-green color she's experimented with in the past, but is not dissimilar from the mermaid-like, turquoise mane she sported back in April. The youngest Jenner has clearly had her share of blue periods. But don't get too attached to this new shade just yet. Judging from her Snapchat, it looks like it's merely the result of some good ol' synthetic strands (a.k.a. a wig).

Tokyo is known for his work with wigs and extensions, and Kylie is no stranger to the weave world, even owning her own extensions line.
