Khloé Kardashian has always carried the title of the realest of the Kardashian women — and for a good reason. Following online criticism for her photoshoot with Complex magazine, in which she defended half-sister Kylie Jenner, Kardashian took to Instagram for yet another demonstration of her capacity for down-to-earth-ness.
"This one is for all the troll haters out there that cannot seem to give me an ounce of credit for my daily workouts," her post reads, in direct response to accusations of extreme photoshopping throughout the magazine's spread. The photo on the left is the unretouched version of one of said photos, while the one on the right is what got published. Kardashian continues: "Yes skin is smooth and shadows are removed but I still think I look good on the left image. Flaws and all."
We've been thinking a lot about body positivity this summer, so of course we're proud of Kardashian for her openness about how she really looks. That being said, given her life in the spotlight, it's basically her job to come forward and reaffirm her own hotness when it's under fire. Keep doing you, Khloé, and we'll keep looking for a gym as industrial and scary as the one in your photoshoot.
