This is what #girlpower looks like! Melissa McCarthy posted a photo from the set of Ghostbusters of all the women working on the production, and there are a lot. Each woman is holding up a sign that identifies her role in the film — from actors and producers, to stuntwomen and script supervisors. In front, McCarthy and co-stars Leslie Jones, Kristen Wiig and Kate McKinnon hold up a sign that reads "girl power."
McCarthy's tweet sends "three cheers" to Ellen DeGeneres in support of her GapKids x ED line, which was launched to serve as an empowerment tool for young girls. McCarthy also launched her own clothing line this summer.

The photo also serves as a reminder that this film is bucking the statistics in Hollywood. As Time reports, women were only "14% of protagonists and 30% of all speaking characters featured in the top 100 grossing films last year."
The all-female Ghostbusters reboot is in theaters in 2016.
