Apparently, Pink has a low bullshit tolerance. (Anyone who ever listened to "So What" already knew that, of course.)
After the VMAs on Sunday, the singer commented to a fan that she felt "embarrassed" watching this year's show, according to E! News. "I felt sad because music is supposed to inspire. It saved my life. This trash won't save any kids life," she reportedly said. "In a world that is even scarier and with lives still worth saving, who will stand up and have soul?"
Her final summation of the event? "Disenfranchised to say the least. Let down by my industry and peers." It wasn't all bad though, she admitted. The singer also called out Macklemore, Pharrell, Bieber, The Weeknd, and Tori Kelly for bringing their A-game.

Ok @ToriKelly - fan for life. Great freaking performance tonight, you live singing, guitar playing accapella sanging woman.

"The rest was gross and embarrassing and hard for this aging pop star to believe," she added. It's not hard to imagine who Pink was referring to here, particularly after she tweeted that MTV must have "bought up all the dispensaries" prior to airing the awards show. Although, one of her more pointed barbs of the evening landed on Demi Lovato, when Pink said she wasn't calling her out especially because she didn't remember that the "Cool for the Summer" singer had performed in the first place. Ouch.
Please look for a feud elsewhere. I have no issue with Demi Lovato or anyone else. I actually forgot she performed. I have opinions. MANY

Then — as expected — the internet became angry, and Pink was forced to defend herself on the virtual front lines.
I stand by what I said. However, I didn't intend for the angry people of the world to latch on and make it into something it isn't. Peace ✌️

Fans of other singers piled on; the Pink posse came out with metaphoric guns blazing in her defense. One particular tweet that the singer shared on her own account summed up her involvement in the so-called "feud" perfectly.
@Pink Pink doesn't play the trashy tabloid game and is in a league of her own so you're bitchy tweets are meaningless. You cannot touch her.

And on that note, the singer called this spat quits.
K this was fun. You guys are a hoot.
