Connie Britton's famous honey-colored hair is inarguably beautiful, whether she's working her way into our hearts as Tami Taylor in Friday Night Lights or crooning on stage as Nashville's Rayna Jaymes. And we're certainly not the only ones who think so — her perfectly flowing tresses have inspired their own dedicated Twitter handle.
So what's her secret (besides hitting the genetic lottery)? It's not a special shampoo, mystery curl cocktail, or pro-tool. In a new video, Britton explains it's another must-have item altogether: Feminism!
With a hair toss anyone would envy, Britton smiles broadly and explains: "When used regularly, feminism has been known to produce amazing results, such as a women's right to vote, a women's right to her own body, a women's right to become a kick-ass athlete, the violence against women act, the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act, and more!" (Yes, we followed the video's instructions and Googled the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act. Thanks, internet.)
Because, "Feminism. It's not what's on my head, it's what's in it." (Madonna would be proud.)
