Have you ever been chatting with a friend and thought, I'd give her listening skills and insights on Orphan Black 4 stars? No? Then you might be on Chrissy Teigen's side when it comes to people rating app Peeple.
The app, scheduled to launch next month, lets people post reviews about anyone they encounter — so even if you've never heard of the app, someone could write a "you" review. Today Teigen tweeted a condemnation of the app, tweeting, "In an age where both truth and gossip on the Internet can literally ruin lives, this #peeple app is horrible AND scary #yelpforhumans???"

Teigen didn't let the matter lie with just one tweet. She went on to say, "at least I signed up to have the world judge and grade me publicly. I fucking hate this app and the boardroom table it was created around." Teigen is far from the app's only critic. Jeopardy! star Ken Jennings tweeted, "My 8-yr-old already invented #Peeple. This is going to court."
Former child star Mara Wilson tweeted, "Are we in a Neil LaBute play? Can we not be? #Peeple." It looks like people might want to stick to passive aggressive Facebook comments when judging others online.
