L.A. may get a bad rap as being the home of sun-worshippers and the perma-tan, but there are plenty of us in the Southland who definitely shield ourselves from the sun like Vampire Bill. Case in point: This lovely lady, who dressed to the nines for last week’s Spelling Bee at The Standard. In a shimmering gold and black sheath, red lipstick, and some seriously bold jewels, this pretty woman makes us want to bring on the SPF!
