Uniqlo has had its sights set on opening
more outposts in the U.S.
for some time now, which we’re naturally pretty stoked about. After all, it doesn’t seem fair that only our NYC counterparts get to enjoy the amazingly affordable basics from the Japanese retailers. But for us Angelenos, the wait seems to be almost over since Uniqlo is officially coming to L.A.! A “manager-in-training” job listing was posted to the company's site earlier this month, and those who are accepted will be flown out to Uniqlo H.Q. in Japan for a six-month-long training. We can’t even imagine what that entails (Japanese-language classes, or how to properly lay out colored skinnies 101?), but it seems kinda (read: incredibly) awesome. Can't wait to see where the cult fave decides to open up shop in the City of Angels? Us, either. Keep checking back for more juicy deets...we have a feeling they'll start trickling in sooner than you can say "domo arigato, Uniqlo." (Racked L.A.)
