Upon further inspection, it came as no surprise that the power woman behind this power ensemble was noteworthy art director Rana Batyske, whose creative eye apparently extends to outfits, too. The overall result? She seems like a badass boss that we'd gladly go on coffee runs for (okay, so maybe let's not go that far), or take style tips from any day. Taking cues from the auburn shades with just the right pop of blue, we'll definitely try a monotone look if it means bossing out like this.
