Cats have been having kind of a moment in fashion (and even in nail art!) as of late, and as much as we love our four-legged friends, we weren't too sure we wanted Mrs. Wiskerson's face splashed across our sweaters. But now, British pop star Rita Ora has us seriously rethinking our wildlife fashion sentiment.
The crooner sat for a guest appearance on David Letterman yesterday, and she was rocking one seriously far-out 'fit that's making us ashamed of our Sandy sweatsuit. In addition to her bright green DVF trousers (might we have a new favorite color?), she donned an eye-catching leather jacket from Topshop, which just got back in stock and retails for $360 (but make a run for it, we don't anticipate this baby staying in stock long). At first glance, this topper appears to be your run-of-the-mill floral-print dud, but upon further inspection the piece is rife with woodland creatures we'd like to play with.

While we know her ensemble was probably Halloween-themed (especially given her feline headgear), we're going to go out on a limb and say we seriously love the look. A jacket like this is definitely out of the box, but we're digging the originality. What do you think: Is animal print something you'd wear on a daily basis, or is it better left for playing dress-up? (Red Carpet Fashion Awards)
