We give major kudos to our friends who get up several days a week and make a real routine out of running. Mad respect, guys. Unfortunately, we can’t all say we’re exercising with any regularity. So, a great place to start is by participating in a 5K. When you compare how much you run now (perhaps that number is zero) to the three-mile-plus race, it can feel daunting. But, with the right preparation and solid mid-run tips, the 5K can be yours. Head to Shape to read how you can nail your first-ever run. We’ll cheer you on from the sidelines. (Shape)
