Proenza Schouler's rich, print-heavy fall '14 collection has been described by some as "trippy." And, sure enough, the show was a mindblower, from the trim-waisted, strong-shouldered jackets in spongy neoprene at the start, to the digital-animal print dresses at the finish. Not many designers can pull off a collection that's both so forward-thinking (sort of like Dior's New Look, but in space), and instantly lovable. But, if the crush to reach designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez for comment and congratulations after the show was any indication, things are looking rosy.
