There's no denying any girl could take an easy shine to designer Lauren Moffatt's quirky-feminine creations. But when we heard she was pairing up with Elle editrix Kate Lanphear, we were curious to see how Lanphear's tougher vibe would play out in Moffatt's softer world. Turns out the combo strikes just the right contrast between these two opposing forces--mixing Moffatt's signature pretty patterned skirts and dresses with Lanphear's a-little-messed-up styling yields a fresh new lens through which to view the designer's spring 2010 collection. And while it's hard to choose favorites (this collection really is that good), we will say we'd get on line for that studded denim blazer, hippie hostess dress, and the cutest skirt suit on the planet.
