Holly Golightly famously refused to wear diamonds before the age of 40, but we think we've found a bit of loophole when it comes to getting a healthy dose of sparkle without looking too prim (or selling your kidneys). Aldo, of chic and affordable footwear fame, has teamed up with Crystallized-Swarovski Elements to put together a dazzling collection of cheeky jewels for winter '09. The shiny Swarovski bits and baubles are mounted on thick black enamel cuffs, perched upon fabric flowered headbands, and whittled down to golden heart shapes, but our absolute must-have is the Huzzard, an ornate Tom Binn-sy affair of a statement piece that looks like a cross between Granny's elegant costume jewelry and a neon-happy club kid's wares. And did we mention that everything costs between $40 and $180? It's never been easier to go glam on a Golightly budget.
