Alexa Chung Made A Camo Nail Polish Because, Duh

Unlike other celebrity collaborations, everything that Alexa Chung touches has her fingerprints all over it. We saw it when she first came out with her Eyeko mascara and eyeliner, and we're seeing it again now with her latest endeavor. Alexa has teamed up with Nails Inc. on a series of fabric-inspired nail polishes (oh, and Nail Kale, which is a thing). The pièce de résistance of this line? Camo nail polish, naturally.

While Chung's fabric-inspired collection runs the gamut from leather to lace, it's the camo that really stands out. No one has really pulled off a true camo nail polish before, but Chung and Nails Inc. do it with ease. Instead of a typical glitter topcoat, which, admittedly, the bottle looks like at first glance, the speckles are a combo of shimmering and matte particles. There's black, green, and nude, and together, they create a polish that looks as camo as you can hope for a nail polish — and there's zero cheesiness.

You can use the polish in one of two ways — as the aforementioned topcoat or layered to create one, cohesive design. In fact, we could see this shade looking so clutch with some of the cooler fall nail polishes that are hitting shelves this very second. Leave it to Chung to take one of our favorite patterns and spin it into nail-art gold.
