To get the look, heavily rim your upper and lower lashlines and your lower waterline in blue eyeliner. Use a pencil brush to blend and buff the color out, softening the lines. Then, dip that same brush into blue powder shadow; blend it right on top of the pencil, all across your lid, and up past the crease. Be sure to blend well all around the perimeter, so there are no harsh lines. When you're done, add mascara. Since statement eyes are the focus of this look, keep the rest of your makeup minimal. Use a blush slightly deeper than your natural skin tone to subtly sculpt below your cheekbones, and apply a neutral lip gloss for polish. Matching blue nails in an ombré design further amp up your look. (Simply use a sponge to dab blue polish over a base of nude, and finish with topcoat.)
