Kim Kelly is an NYC-based freelance writer, editor, and music journalist whose writing on heavy metal, death, history, and subcultures have appeared in Rolling Stone, NPR, Spin, Pitchfork, VICE, Kerrang, the Atlantic, and many more. She's currently a contributing editor at Noisey, VICE's music channel.
