. The author, Noreena Hertz, is no professor, but she does have some advice for the indecisive among us which can be summed up as such: Experts aren't always right, you can never get too much sleep, and it pays to take time for yourself. It’s hardly rocket science, but that sounds exactly like the kind of advice we'd be interested in taking. Now, should we stay in or go out tonight? (The Times)
