For many of us, the quest for a perfect bra can seem as daunting as climbing Mount Everest. Because, unlike oversized oxford shirts that can also be worn as dresses, intimates have to actually, you know, fit. But, is there really such a thing as one right bra for your body? According to one expert, women's breast shapes change constantly due to hormonal shifts. So, even if you get fitted at a store, the sizing may be off over the course of the month, depending on your menstrual cycle. Which means we're all probably wearing the "wrong bra" at least several days per month. But, any alarming messages insisting you need to get fitted stat are most likely just an undergarment-brand marketing ploy.
