We're looking to broaden our brood with the addition of an Assistant Photo Editor, who will work closely with Refinery29's Photo Editor, Creative Director, and Design Team to assist in photo research, photo-shoot production, organizing the site's photography archives, and helping the Editorial Team with creating and designing visual layouts. As the Assistant Photo Editor, you'll also have the opportunity to potentially photograph stories, as well.
The ideal candidate should have a background in photography, be proficient in Photoshop, and possess a strong visual sense, as well as a gimlet eye for detail and attention to accuracy. Potential candidates should also be professional, personable, hyper-organized, have a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple projects at once, while staying calm under pressure.
