Celebrate A Mission Micro-Hood
Head over to Valencia between 14th and 15th Street from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to fete the emerging one-block micro-hood dubbed “Valencia Bottoms” by in-the-know hosts The Bold Italic. Stores on the strip, including The Common and Nooworks, will be hosting little shin-digs all night long, with gratis treats by Four Barrel Coffee fueling the whole thing. Lower Haight boutique Revolver will be debuting its “Lotus Roots Pop-Up” from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. tonight, which is basically its back two rooms, now made-over in the spirit of Earth Day with mini-terrariums, grow-your-own-mushroom kits, and spring-themed apparel and accessories (think: Lots of florals, greens, and the odd plaid picnic blanket).
