Inside One Of London’s Chicest Fashion Editors’ Loft (& Luxe Closet!)

issa02
You know we're already obsessed with what Tank magazine's publisher and fashion director, Caroline Issa, packs in her suitcase for New York Fashion Week, so it stands to reason we're dialing up our inner style stalkerazzi when it comes to spying the contents of her homebase. Enter: Natalie Joos, who, just in time for the Olympics, has taken her new Canon 5D into Ms. Issa's light-filled London loft for her latest Tales of Endearment blog post.

Joos' gimlet eye distills the world of Issa for some inspirational snaps that will have you rooting for Team GB. There are detailed shots of the editor's dream-tickets (Prada flame shoes, anyone?), wide angle views of the Wallpaper spread-worthy pad, and, naturally, saturated snaps of Issa posing in a crop of clutch outfits that epitomize the street-style star's playful, patterned, and whimsical aesthetic. Not to mention highlighting Issa's natural beauty — the Canadian, born to a Lebanese-Iranian father and a Chinese mom, has a cosmopolitan range that brings to mind everyone from Freida Pinto to Julianna Margulies.
Oh, and don't be lazy. After you're done perusing the photos, be sure to read Joos' insightful article. One Issa takeaway we're struck by? "I strongly believe that to buy less is to buy better.” New motto, found. (Tales of Endearment)
