While the Daily Mail calls Chelsea Clinton's nuptials the "wedding of the century," we're pretty sure that honor still belongs to Princess Di and a long list of others before Ms. Clinton. But regardless of whether you agree with that superlative or not, we can tell you that Chelsea will be wearing a custom dress by Oscar De La Renta, and that President Obama will not be attending.
