It's no wonder Christina Ricci arrived on time for last night's MTV Movie Awards. The pint-sized actress, clad in Christian Siriano, would've had no excuse to be fashionably late. Why? Well, it turns out her silk taffeta frock was adorned with 25 fully functioning clocks!
Designed by the Project Runway winner and styled by Brad Goreski, the timely look was in collaboration with Timex. At first glance, the Pan Am star's ensemble was seemingly simple — a strapless LBD with matching heels — but upon closer inspection we noticed a cascade of clocks paired with colorful gems and jewels.
With so many safe looks on the red carpet lately (we lost count of how many peplums have graced us with their presence), it's about time someone took a fashion risk without winding up on the worst-dressed list! But did anyone else notice that Christina wore a 26th watch...on her wrist? Perhaps she over-booked herself that evening and had to watch the clock! (Daily Mail)
