The Fashionisto was kind enough to tip up off to Australia's menswear label Asuza, and some snaps of their winter collection (fun fact: winter in Australia is June through August). This moody collection is a mash up of Rick Owen-eseque gothicism, Jil Sander minimalism, '80's punk eclecticism. That's an awful lot of -ism's, but somehow it all comes together quite nicely. The dark draping outerwear looks incredibly sleek, and the hints of colorful, heavy metal influenced geometric/graphic prints on T-shirts and sweaters are a nice way to break up the primarily dark palette. Unfortunately for us in the States, there are no US vendors quite yet, but we can totally imagine running across these pieces at Oak or Bblessing. Fingers crossed. (The Fashionisto)
