Oh, Court, Court, Court. When you gonna stop finding trouble and when's trouble gonna stop finding you? In the latest chapter of Courtney Love's epic tale, she had to fork over $430,000 in an out-of-court settlement to fashion designer Dawn Simorangkir (aka the “Boudior Queen”). Seems like the rocker and Simorangkir had some business disagreements over how much the Love owed the designer for clothing borrowed from her line. Naturally, Love launched into an unhinged rant on her now-deactivated Twitter account (which, if you don't recall, was the most entertaining thing on the mirco-blogging site), calling Simorangkir an "asswipe nasty lying hosebag thief.” In what could have been a landmark case for Internet law, Simorangkir sued Love for defamation and damaging her business reputation. Instead of setting legal history, though, the two settled and went their separate ways, Love back to whatever it is she does now and Simorangkir back to placing her clothes on musicians. Looking for a less volatile star, she's apparently moved on to Taylor Momsen. We wish her the best of luck. (The Hollywood Reporter)
