"When I want to feel my most fabulous, I turn to the classic eras of glamour and sophistication. I'm an old-soul dreamer of sorts and can't deny that I like to pretend I'm in a old movie when I'm going out. Naturally, my ultimate going-out outfit stars sparkles, feathers, fragrance, and lots of jewelry. Though I love the idea of minimalism, I've accepted my excessiveness — I just feel more comfortable overdressed! I have this amazing floor-length, sequined dress from the 1920's from Torso in San Francisco. Slipping it on transforms me into the queen I aspire to be! Ideally, I'll pair that with a cream-feather stole, glam jewelry, and long earrings — they seem to finish off the look. Add a hefty dose of one of my favorite fragrances, toss my lipstick and I.D. in a little gold-mesh purse, and I'm ready to step out the door and into trouble!"
