We love Prabal Gurung. We love Diane von Furstenberg. What we didn't know—they love each other. And, apparently, that ardor isn't just a healthy respect for each other's clothes. Harper's Bazaar's March issue has captured the two as part of "Fashion's Mike Nichols," a spread shot by Mark Seliger recreating iconic scenes from films directed by Mike Nichols. Marc Jacobs and Winona Ryder get into Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig imitate Sigourney Weaver and Melanie Griffith from Working Girl, and, most genius of all, Prabal Gurung and Diane von Fursternberg act out The Graduate. While Diane is married and Gurung is gay, reality is temporary put on hold and we can almost imagine that bed is about to see some serious action. "I got to see Diane undressing. What more could I ask for?" said Prabal Gurung, while von Fursternberg had an equally, uh, satisfying experience—"I love Prabal. It was so easy to seduce him. He's adorable." And if Mrs Robinson looked like that, we'd be loathe to say nein too.
