Disappointing Gay Best Friend, Because Reality Is Never That Sassy

We all wish we had a Sassy Gay Friend—you know, someone in a sparkly scarf with large hand gestures who could set things right with the powers of superior homosexual judgement and superhuman sass. But wishing cannot make it so and reality is never as fabulous as our dreams. That's why today's video obsession is "Disappointing Gay Best Friend", a video series by NYC-based writers and performers Mikala Bierma and Tyler Coates as a response to the popular "Sassy Gay Friend" videos. Sure, there's no way this gay best friend would have been able to save Nina from "Black Swan" from her terrible fate. But then again, he probably wouldn't have called her a "crazy bitch" either.
