Can't get to a beach? This downtown oasis is the next best thing. Not only does the rooftop bar have a glass-bottomed pool so you can see the hotel lobby, but the imported sand will make it seem like the beach came to you. If you’re not a hotel guest, though, take note that you’ll have to wait until sundown to get in on the poolside fun. Or, book one of two 10-person cabanas for the day — your call.
