Happy almost-Easter, everyone! If you're the type to go all out during holidays, making a few spectacular Easter eggs probably ranks high up on your to-do list this week. So, we asked DIY fanatic Maayan Zilberman to use her cooking eggsperience to craft a centerpiece you won't bear to crack open and eat later.
Using royal icing, beads (both edible and non!) and some creative watercolor, Zilberman created a few textured, blingy, baroque eggs that'd look spectacular as a centerpiece to any Easter celebration you may attend this weekend. Trust — this isn't your typical from-a-box decor. These eggs are good enough to display at Versailles (though the jewels that Marie Antoinette would use probably come from her vault and not, say, the baking aisle at Whole Foods).
