Without a roadmap of recipes, it's hard to stick to that ambitious, New-Year-new-you smoothie vow. Whipping up thick juices takes so much more energy in the a.m. than just stopping at Starbucks does.
We know full well our own lazy ways, so we asked our magical recipe woman, Ali Nardi, to make us three smoothies that take only five minutes each. All you have to do is skip one snooze-button hit, and you'll be walking out the door with a mango-chia-, kale-, or berry-packed liquid breakfast. And, unlike in the images ahead, you don't have to have all hands on deck in order to make these concoctions.

Berry & Bzzz Smoothie

1/4 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
1 tbsp natural almond butter
