The Tip: For a fresh spin on a '60s-inspired style, pair long lashes with a pink lip and teased hair. Apply a golden pink eyeshadow to your lash line, followed by liquid liner on top. Add your lashes, then add matte pink lipstick to lips. Pick out a thick scarf, then section off the hair that will be covered by it. Part hair, then smooth it and tuck it behind your ears. Take the hair that will be directly behind the scarf and, in one-inch sections, tease it back. Comb over the teased sections lightly for a smooth finish. Add your scarf, just covering the hairline, tying it at the nape of the neck.
