In your non-sequitor news of the day, Olympic figure skating gold-medalist Evan Lysacek has designed the "quintessential divine holiday gown" based on suggestions from his mentor, Vera Wang, and inspiration from the "classic and iconic" chocolate bonbon, Ferrero Rocher. Wang herself was a former figure skater (no word if the bon bon was, also), and has been lending a gimlet eye to Evan's own figure skating costumes and his menswear line. The dress is made of gold leather, brown velvet and tulle, and debuted Monday night along with a $100,000 donation to Habitat for Humanity by the chocolatier. We're fine with looking good enough to eat (not to mention shaking our bon bons) this holiday season, but the combo of brown velvet and gold leather gives us more than just a toothache. (WWD)
