Tomorrow night, head over to Cork Market & Tasting Room for a ninety-minute "AYO" (arrange-your-own) class. The $50 ticket includes wine and cheese from Cork, as well as all the seasonal stems you'll need to craft your own French-style hand-tied bouquet — which means that very soon, you'll be the arranging authority when it comes time for summer garden parties, weddings, or just-because occasions.
