Starving Student? Get Cultured For Free At The Getty’s College Night

getty_body
If there’s anything college kids are always worrying about, it’s the cha-ching cha-ching. Between tuition, books, and food, it’s hard to find the money (or the time) to make it out to every museum, especially in an art mecca like L.A. But if you’ve never been to the amazing Getty, get pumped. The museum’s holding their annual College Night next Monday, boasting live music, food, and of course, unbelievable art. And...if you've got a valid college ID, it’s free to get in !
The event’s theme is L.A. style, thanks to the residence of that swanky Herb Ritts exhibit, so kick back in true L.A. style with a night out on the gorgeous grounds. Give up the textbooks, at least for a night, to take in an arts-and-culture experience you just can't get in the classroom.
When: Monday, April 16, from 6 to 9:30 p.m.
Where: The Getty Museum, 1200 Getty Center Drive (off of Beverly Park Drive); 310-440-7320; make a reservation here
