National Grilled Cheese Day Is Real. Here’s Where To Celebrate

Hudson-Common
It may seem too good to be true, but National Grilled Cheese day is indeed a real thing (April 12, in case you were wondering). We consider ourselves something of sandwich connoisseurs — meaning we're constantly chowing down on the carb-heavy goodies — so we took a scan of some of our favorites in the Big Apple. Go ahead, we're giving you permission to take an extra long lunch break tomorrow and make the trek to these cheese-filled restos (or, try them all!). These sammies run the gamut from traditional to a little crazy, but they all boast cheese on cheese on cheese, just the way we like it.
