Gwyneth Paltrow Adds NYC Tour Guide To Her Resume

If 2011 taught us anything, it's that Gwyneth Paltrow is the ultimate Jack of all trades. The Grammys, the cookbook, Coach, Glee — Gwyn, we can't keep up! Now the superstar is taking on New York City, and no, we're not talking about Broadway (although, it's probably only a matter of time). Introducing, the Paltrow-approved guide to NYC, goop. Following the success of her weekly newsletter by the same name, goop is now available on iTunes for all your NYC-navigating needs. Described as the "New Yorkers' guide to NYC," the $3.99 app is basically a Travel Guide to the city, with highlights in Manhattan, parts of Brooklyn, Queens, and even Jersey (more cities will follow!). Subscribers can look forward to the actress's recommendations on where to stay, shop, wine, dine, and explore in the Big Apple, as well as regular updates to keep Gwynnie's guide fresh. Enlisting the talent of NYC-based illustrator Bernadette Pascua, the user-friendly app allows the weary traveler to choose any of the 18 cheery features, including "A Day In New York," videos in which Paltrow walks you through her own curated agendas. Peep a few of the preview screenshots of the goop app in motion, and let us know if you're feelin' Paltrow's programmed NYC or if you're more iffy about this than her country music career.
