It's always a little hit-or-miss with Marc Jacobs and his newest adventures-in-the-life-of-a-female escapades begs some tough questions. As The Cut reports, after strutting out at his Louis Vuitton finalé in a pair of "high heels" (above, right), he offered comment on his choice of footwear, Madonna's Filth and Wisdom this week. "I always get nuts when women go, 'Oh, men don't know what it's like—women in heels, women in skirts, women in dresses—what it's like to suffer for fashion.' I&hellip thought I can show that I, too, will suffer for fashion." Jacobs chose some nice, black clog-like number for the show—more platforms than stilettos. Quickly browsing through Jacobs' back catalog revealed shoes that really would cause some very fashionable suffering for the wearer (above, left). So, if he wanted to walk a mile in a woman's shoes, so to speak, why choose such easily survivable kicks. Marc, come on, if you're going to fully embrace this new side of yourself, try these on for a change… they are yours. (The Cut)
