When we come across a product with a quantifiable claim, it's straight to the Beauty Test Lab we go — after all, it's our job to separate the boys from the men when it comes to beauty. And so, when a nail polish boasting a dry time of only 60 seconds landed on our desks, we couldn't resist pulling out our stopwatch for a little myth-busting (or, hopefully, myth-proving) to see if we'd finally found the secret to executing less-than-a-minute manis.
