Between his good looks, his good lookin' clothes, and his enviable studio mates (that'd be Pamela Love and Julia Restoin-Roitfeld, kids), designer Frank Tell's kind of got it all goin' for him. And if you don't believe us, just check out the turnout at his fall '09 presentation at the Tribeca Grand, where downtown girls (Pamela Love, JRR) mingled with uptown chicks (Olivia Palermo). The clothes reflected that Park Avenue/Lower East Side mash-up, with Pamela Love's edgy gold sword jewelry-turned-body-armor shown right alongside a very Serena van der Woodsen-like organza ruffled dress (modeled on a girl who, eerily, did indeed look like Serena). So no matter what your taste, Frank's clothes will be your cup of tea. We told you 2009 would be his year!
