Ever want to pull a Kate Moss and jar your own jams? Um, us, too. Find out how to do so tonight with the guidance of jelly master (and Berkeley resident) Dafna Kory, of INNA Jam fame, who will lead an Urban Kitchen workshop on making super-fresh jams out of seasonal stone fruit. After tasting their way through Kory's exotic flavors (which include kiwi and Fresno chili), participants will get their hands dirty and make one of Kory's recipes on the spot. You'll leave with a jar of jam with your blood, sweat, and tears in it (ew, not really), plus another recipe—and the tools to create it—to bring home.
When: Thursday, July 21, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Where: CUESA Dacor Teaching Kitchen, North Arcade of the Ferry Building
Cost: $58, Buy tickets here!
