This New York native cites curiosity as the skill/habit she considers vital to success. Working as a VP for Coach, one of America’s leading luxury brands, in addition to co-owning two Brooklyn eateries, well, the proof is in the pudding.
Tell us how you got your job.
"My boss at Coach has been a friend for years. I knew I’d learn a lot from him and he’s about the funniest person in the industry. As for my other job, I started dating a chef and next thing I knew, we had a restaurant."

What’s your favorite thing to wear to work?
“At Coach, a dress — usually by Reed Krakoff, Zero+Maria Cornejo, or Costello Tagliapietra. At the restaurant, jeans, a striped shirt from Chance, and Converse. And at both, Me+Ro jewelry. I also love Tucker by Gaby Basora.”

What moments on the job do you find most rewarding?
“When the team is in sync and everybody’s working at the top of their game. You step back and think, ‘We’re on fire.’ But you can’t indulge in that for long or you’ll get your butt kicked.”
