Everyone keeps telling us that spring is just around the corner. But, at Fashion Week in New York City, it's subzero temperatures (with a chance of snow, of course). Instead of fighting it, show attendees are keeping this season's street style extra creative in colorful, fuzzy, and, for the most part, practical cold-weather ensembles.
