Say Hello To Your New Beauty Haven: Make Up For Ever Opens In L.A.!

When news first broke that Make Up For Ever was setting up shop in L.A., we couldn’t wait to see how the first West Coast digs for the Paris-based cosmetics brand would turn out. Following our sneak peek last night, we’re happy to report that it didn't disappoint. The Pro Shop (built to have that backstage feel) is chock full of the highly pigmented products and camera-ready foundations that are the brand's signature (and every makeup artist's must-haves). Now you can stop scouring Sephora for their goodies. Here, you can find the full-color collections and the Pro Range, which caters to makeup and special effects artists (three types of special effects blood – ‘nuff said!).

But even more than the amazing range of product (which totally has us giddy with anticipation), what really has us excited is the range of interactive tools and hands-on tutorials available — like a interactive video system where shoppers can get personalized lessons with a pro artist. The lessons are recorded and put on a USB for you to take home, so you can really master them. Plus, there’s a menu of makeup education services and smart boards to create customized designs and face charts, all with the swipe of a finger. So fancy. Oh, and right across the street is the Pro Loft, their state-of-the-art training and educational facility. We’re pretty sure this is a makeup aficionado’s wet dream. See you there, this weekend!
