These are the sort of things that happen when you're Naomi Campbell. Seems the Hall of Fame supermodel is suing The Daily Telegraph over an article that suggests the she organised an elephant polo tournament in India last month. As you do.
According to the Guardian , the article question ran on November 3, and claimed guests played the controversial sport at a party in Jodhpur thrown by Naomi for boyfriend Vladislav Doronin’s 50th birthday. The lavish Gatsby-style to-do also reportedly included a live performance from Diana Ross and fleets of vintage Rolls Royces and private jets to ferry the A-list guests between a 15th century Indian fort and five-star hotels. Is it us or have Doronin's birthday celebrations been dragging on forever? Give it a rest, guy. We get the point.

Now, we're willing to give Naomi the benefit of the doubt, especially since there's no tangible evidence to support the Telegraph's claims. Although, if the elephant-polo stories are true, it would go a long way toward explaining why Campbell partied from a wheelchair at Art Basel this week.
