Do you do your laundry yourself, or send it out? It depends how much time I have. If it were up to me I'd do it myself every time. I love doing laundry for some …plus my laundromat always plays the latest low-budget horror movies so I'm always entertained.
New York
Name: Olivia Jade Horner
What do you do when you're not doing Street Seen photography? I wander around aimlessly, sometimes on my bike. I go into galleries and clothing stores a lot, always looking lustfully at things I can't have. I actually spend a lot of time traveling outside the city and rushing to get back for work. A lot of my photographs I take upstate. But when I'm here you can find me drinking iced coffee looking for some new place to check out.
What are you wearing? The shorts I got from TopShop on a trip to London, I got the shirt at a thrift store in Brooklyn, the suspenders belong to my boyfriend. He also made my necklace and bought me my hat from an antique store. I'm currently searching for a band to put on it.
How does it feel to have a relative stranger asking you questions about your clothing? I've heard stranger questions from far stranger people.
You mentioned these were the scraps from your wardrobe which must mean you need to do laundry. Do you do it yourself, or send it out? It depends how much time I have. If it were up to me I'd do it myself every time. I love doing laundry for some reason. Plus my laundromat always plays the latest low-budget horror movies so I'm always entertained.
I wish my scraps looked so good—do you have a killer closet? Is it organized? My closet at my dad's house upstate is organized by clothing type and sleeve length. I have a lot of time on my hands when I'm up there. The one here is a disaster.
