Penelope Cruz was pregnant with her son while shooting Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, but there was no babyfat in sight at the movie's premiere in London yesterday. Cruz looked stunning in a long Givenchy dress in bone-white tulle, embroidered with a lace design in silk thread. In the fourth installment of the popular movie franchise, Cruz stars as the pirate Angelica, who happens to be Captain Jack Sparrow's old flame. Johnny Depp told The Telegraph that working with Cruz was a pleasure. ''She's very special, very talented, and also at the same time as an actress she gives you so much that you weren't necessarily expecting, so you're up on your toes,'' he said. This was the first Pirates movie to be shot in 3D.
