Downsizing is a relative word in Lala land, especially when we're talking about Brad Pitt's pad in the 'Bu. Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have decided to split from their 15,000 square foot, $49 million dollar Beverly Hills home to beach "bum" it at Brad's former digs, which only cost them the bargain price of $12 mill. The El Matador (our fave beach!) seaside retreat has four-bedrooms, a pool and a tennis court. We hope they will somehow manage.
