For us, springtime is always accompanied by the urge to do a little pruning — which means getting rid of unworn duds, trimming some unnecessary cals from our diets, and cutting back on spending to save for a summer vacay. Thankfully, blogger Rivka of Not Derby Pie is helping us accomplish two of our three goals, with a recipe for quinoa and asparagus salad. To make it, all you'll need is some quinoa, asparagus, golden raisins, and sunflower seeds (with a little yogurt and lemon for the dressing).
